Ingredient:
Brolos lobster, vermicelli, garlic, chilli sauce, light soy sauce, spring onion, oil
Recipe:
- Separate lobster’s head and tail
- De-shell the fresh lobster meat and chop it
- Soak the vermicelli in advance and roll up the lobster meat
- Plate the vermicelli lobster rolls and add on soy sauce, garlic and chili sauce
- Steam it for 7 minutes
- Take the plate out and sprinkle with spring onion and boiled oil
