Lobster Porridge

Perfect for Family Party

Ingredient:

Brolos lobster, cooked rice, buk choy Asian greens, tomato, oil, ginger, spring onion, cooking wine, spiced salt, salt, pepper powder

 

Recipe:

  1. Boil the lobster until cooked and chop the meat
  2. Stir fry ginger with oil first then add in lobster head and legs
  3. Add in cooking wine, water, spring onion and tomato until fully boiled (water to cover half of the lobster)
  4. Put all the ingredients inside and sprinkle with some salt
  5. Boil until cooked and scoop out all the ingredients to keep the soup
  6. Add in cooked rice, lobster meat and buk choy Asian greens boil until cooked
