Ingredient:
Brolos lobster, cooked rice, buk choy Asian greens, tomato, oil, ginger, spring onion, cooking wine, spiced salt, salt, pepper powder
Recipe:
- Boil the lobster until cooked and chop the meat
- Stir fry ginger with oil first then add in lobster head and legs
- Add in cooking wine, water, spring onion and tomato until fully boiled (water to cover half of the lobster)
- Put all the ingredients inside and sprinkle with some salt
- Boil until cooked and scoop out all the ingredients to keep the soup
- Add in cooked rice, lobster meat and buk choy Asian greens boil until cooked
