Ingredient:
Brolos lobster, dumpling wrapper, pork stuffing, carrot, celery, egg, cornstarch, cooking wine, oil, vinegar, spring onion
Recipe:
- Boil the lobster until cooked
- Separate lobster’s head and tail, de-shell and chop the meat
- Chop the lobster meat and mix with the pork stuffing
- Add in chopped carrot, celery and egg
- Add in salt, cooking wine and oil
- Stir the stuffing until mixed well
- Make the dumplings with dumpling wrapper and mixed stuffing
- Steam the dumplings for 10 minutes
- Place the steamed dumplings on a plate and make the sauce with vinegar and spring onion
