Ingredient:
Brolos lobster, peach, arugula, onion, walnut, olive oil, butter, salt, vinegar caramel sauce
Recipe:
- Cut through the head of the lobster till the end of the tail
- Season some olive oil and salt on the lobster meat, then put it on the grill
- Turn it over after about 30 seconds, brush some butter on the meat
- Mix the arugula with chopped peaches, onion, walnuts and olive oil
- Place the peach salad and grilled lobster on a plate, dressing with vinegar caramel sauce
