Lobster BBQ

Ingredient:

Brolos lobster, peach, arugula, onion, walnut, olive oil, butter, salt, vinegar caramel sauce

 

Recipe:

  1. Cut through the head of the lobster till the end of the tail
  2. Season some olive oil and salt on the lobster meat, then put it on the grill
  3. Turn it over after about 30 seconds, brush some butter on the meat
  4. Mix the arugula with chopped peaches, onion, walnuts and olive oil
  5. Place the peach salad and grilled lobster on a plate, dressing with vinegar caramel sauce
