Lobster Avocado Salad

Ingredient:

Brolos lobster, cherry tomato, avocado, vegetables, egg, olive oil, vinegar sauce, salad dressing

 

Recipe:

  1. Boil the lobster until cooked
  2. Chop the cherry tomato, avocado and cooked egg
  3. Separate lobster’s head and tail, de-shell and chop the meat
  4. Mix the vegetables with vinegar sauce and chopped cherry tomato, avocado and cooked egg
  5. Place the salad on the bottom of the plate and put the lobster meat on the top
  6. Dressing with salad sauce
