Ingredient:
Brolos lobster, cherry tomato, avocado, vegetables, egg, olive oil, vinegar sauce, salad dressing
Recipe:
- Boil the lobster until cooked
- Chop the cherry tomato, avocado and cooked egg
- Separate lobster’s head and tail, de-shell and chop the meat
- Mix the vegetables with vinegar sauce and chopped cherry tomato, avocado and cooked egg
- Place the salad on the bottom of the plate and put the lobster meat on the top
- Dressing with salad sauce
