Ingredient:

Brolos lobster, soup-stock, oil, pepper powder, asparagus, bamboo fungus, red cayenne, curry, yolk

 

Recipe:

  1. Boil the lobster until cooked
  2. Put the bamboo fungus and asparagus into soup until cooked
  3. Add in curry, red cayenne and yolk to make the curry sauce
  4. Separate lobster’s head and tail, de-shell and chop the meat
  5. Fry the lobster meat and sprinkle some pepper powder
  6. Put the cooked bamboo fungus and asparagus on the bottom of a plate, and place the lobster meat on the top
  7. Dressing with the curry source
