Ingredient:
Brolos lobster, soup-stock, oil, pepper powder, asparagus, bamboo fungus, red cayenne, curry, yolk
Recipe:
- Boil the lobster until cooked
- Put the bamboo fungus and asparagus into soup until cooked
- Add in curry, red cayenne and yolk to make the curry sauce
- Separate lobster’s head and tail, de-shell and chop the meat
- Fry the lobster meat and sprinkle some pepper powder
- Put the cooked bamboo fungus and asparagus on the bottom of a plate, and place the lobster meat on the top
