Ingredient:
Brolos lobster, oil, red chilli, Douban chilli, garlic, spring onion
Recipe:
- Separate lobster’s head and tail, de-shell and chop the meat
- Stir fry the garlic with hot oil, then add in red chilli
- Add in Douban chilli and water, cook until boiled
- Place the lobster meat on a plate and douse the cooked sauce
- Steam it for 7 minutes
- Take the plate out and sprinkle with spring onion
